Sustainability;  These are activities carried out to protect natural resources while meeting today’s needs and to leave a good environment for future generations. As Hilton Garden Inn Balıkesir family; that our development is sustainable; We aim to use resources effectively and efficiently, to support local people and suppliers, to protect natural resources, to transfer all cultural, biological, ecological, environmental and aesthetic resources to future generations, and to sustainable practices that direct continuous improvement.

Our Sustainability Policy; Hilton Garden Inn Balıkesir aims to leave a clean and healthy environment to future generations with its sustainable environmental approach. As we move forward in line with this goal, the following items constitute our basic principles.

Legal regulations; Hilton Garden Inn Balıkesir; undertakes to adopt the principle of complying with the legal regulations regarding all products, service transactions and other activities. We respect the working rights of our employees and follow them within the framework of the legal regulations.

Respect for the Environment – Energy Saving; We are aware that our energy resources are limited, we monitor our consumption data to support less energy and water consumption, raise awareness of our employees, and work to ensure continuous improvement of energy efficiency. In order not to harm the environment, we evaluate all our hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in a way that does not pollute the nature within the framework of recycling principles.

Food Safety – Hygiene; In the food chain, our main principle is to provide quality products in accordance with food safety policies, to make continuous improvements and to implement a food safety system that attaches importance to hygiene practices.

Sustainable Purchasing Practices Supporting Local Economy; We are aware of our contribution to the local economy. For this reason, we receive most of our supplies from local producers as bulk orders. We purchase environmentally friendly products and services with high energy, water and waste efficiency for sustainable tourism. We make our purchases from regions as close as possible. Thus, we aim to reduce the environmental impacts by minimizing the carbon emissions of the delivery vehicles of the supplier companies.

Social responsibility; We believe that our work on integrating with our community and taking part in the solution of social problems will contribute to ensuring sustainability in tourism.
